The public website lets you browse equipment without an account. Here is what happens when you choose to contact us.
Enquiries, appointments and feedback
When you submit a form, we store your name, email, optional phone number, location, message, selected equipment and appointment preferences where relevant. Your consent and a request reference are recorded. Authorised administrators can view the request, assign it for follow-up, update its status and record notes. A notification containing the reference is sent to our team.
What to include
Please share only information needed for your enquiry. Do not submit ID numbers, medical records or patient documents through these public forms. MACS is a separate signed-in system for claims and supporting documents.
Your equipment shortlist
The catalogue stores only selected equipment IDs in your browser's local storage so you can carry a shortlist between pages. You can clear the shortlist from the enquiry section or clear your browser's site data. Form contact details are not stored in local storage.
Website security and resources
The website uses local fonts and images and does not add advertising or analytics cookies. The server may retain standard access logs. To limit repeated or automated submissions, the enquiry service temporarily keeps hashed identifiers derived from connection and email details. MACS uses separate sign-in session cookies.
External services
Maps, manufacturer documents, TheraSuite and other linked websites have their own information practices. If you choose the email alternative, your message is sent through your chosen email service.
Contact us about your information
Enquiries are kept for responding and follow-up. Contact mobility@pro-mobility.co.za or 031 266 6421 to ask about access, corrections or deletion of information you have shared. Include your enquiry reference where possible.
